Privacy policy.

A formal privacy policy is being prepared. In the meantime, here's how we operate.

Calico Technology is committed to handling your data responsibly. We're finalising our formal privacy policy. Until it's published, these are the principles we operate under:

  • No patient data storage. Our connectors pass data through to your chosen destinations (Zapier, N8N, Power BI). We don't retain Cliniko patient records on Calico-controlled infrastructure.
  • Credential security. Cliniko API keys are stored within your Zapier, N8N, or Power BI instance — never on Calico systems.
  • No clinical content. Our integrations work with metadata (appointment times, invoice totals, practitioner names) and never extract treatment note content.
  • Australian-based. Calico Technology operates under Australian Privacy Principles and is preparing for full compliance with healthcare-relevant privacy obligations.
