Do I need a Zapier paid plan?
The connector works with Zapier's free tier for simple workflows. Multi-step Zaps or higher volume may require a Zapier paid plan.
Is patient clinical data exposed?
No. We provide metadata (appointment dates, types, practitioner names, invoice totals) but never expose treatment note content or clinical records.
How do I authenticate?
You'll need a Cliniko API key, which you can generate from your Cliniko account settings. The connector walks you through the setup.
What Cliniko objects are supported?
Patients, appointments, invoices, practitioners, products, and treatment note metadata. We're adding more based on customer feedback.
Can I trigger actions in Cliniko from other apps?
Yes — the connector supports both triggers (Cliniko → other apps) and actions (other apps → Cliniko).
